		<description><![CDATA[Yes - I screen clients pretty aggressively, too.  That weeds out about 95% of the issues. About 4% of client billing weirdness comes from me altering my policies to be &quot;nice.&quot; I&#039;ve learned that I can&#039;t do that - at the end of the day, those policies are there to protect both myself and the client. When I start ignoring my own rules, bad things happen...

(At the same time, I&#039;m fortunate and VERY grateful that I&#039;ve only had one bad apple in over 15+ years of self employment.) :)
